vocational assessments

These assessments are designed to evaluate factors related to employment success. Vocational assessments typically require at least one full day of formal assessment and involve a review of the individual’s employment and academic history, evaluation of the individual’s psychological strengths and weaknesses, evaluation of academic and cognitive strengths and weaknesses, as well as evaluation of the individual’s career interests. The goals of this type of assessment include determining whether there are any barriers to the individual being successful in employment, determining individual strengths, weaknesses, and interests related to employment, and providing recommendations to help the individual achieve their maximum employment potential.
